MSA wins HOW Magazine's In-HOWse Graphic Design Award

December 15, 2011

MSA Architects’ “Make It Official” campaign graphics wins a Merit Award for the In-HOWse Competition for Business-to-Business & Industrial Products/Services from HOW Magazine.

One of the top Graphics Magazines in the Nation, HOW Magazine is self described as providing “a practical mix of essential business information, up-to-date technology tips, the creative whys and hows behind noteworthy projects, and profiles of professionals who are influencing design.”

The Award will appear in HOW’s January/February 2012 issue.

Design Approach:
MSA Architects began a grassroots effort proposing that Reds Opening Day become an official holiday. Graphics were inspired by presidential campaign literature of the 1800s with kerned words filling the parchment-like posters between the weathered flag buntings, typical of the era.

Congratulations to the Creative Team:
Michael Schuster, Elizabeth Griswold, Hannah Anderson, Dave Schuster and Larisa Forester
