Located along the southern edge of Garfield Place in Downtown Cincinnati, Presidential Plaza is an historical eight story, 100,000 square foot structure. This building was in need of major interior improvements, such as HVAC upgrades and several architectural modifications to provide office space for future tenants. MSA provided complete design services for the renovation of all floors, and construction of tenant office space on upper floors and retail lease space on the ground level.
The historic nature of the building was enhanced with a complete exterior cleaning and restoration.
