Full architectural services for the construction of a new Middle School to accommodate 500 students. The new facility includes classrooms, gymnasium, locker rooms, library/media center, auditorium/cafeteria, administrative offices, computer and science labs and art/music facilities. Project included coordination/cooperation with Ohio School Facilities Commissions (OSFC) and PCS-Regency, a state contracted construction manager. Project budget was achieved by a combination of state funding and local bond issues.
