MSA, in collaboration with Madison Marquette and Towne Properties, developed a strategic urban development and revitalization plan for the South Campus Quarter Project at Ohio State University. The portrayed South Campus Quarter as a ’gateway’ for Columbus residents and Ohio State University’s student’s, faculty and employees. The project centers around the mission of building a 21st century ‘Main Street’ including a diverse group of tenants to meet the needs of the surrounding community and appeals as a unique destination in Columbus. Based on community and student surveys, the mixed-use development included retail, entertainment, dining, lifestyle, service and resi-dential elements.
