MSA provided complete design services for new construction of a two story, 8,000 sf administration building. The facility provides space for administrative offices on the second floor and includes a deck that overlooks the race track. The first floor houses a ticket sales office, a full-service gift shop, and the main lobby for the receptionist and promotional displays. MSA also provided complete interior design services for the owner’s suite, 52 public suites, and the Speedway Club. The central element of the owner’s suite is a large, mahogany and granite bar fully equipped with televisions, wine storage and luxury seating.
