MSA was retained by the City of Blue Ash to review the feasibility of improvements to a city-owned recreational complex along I-275 containing the well known “Crosley Field” baseball complex. Improvements would also include other field sports and supporting structures. As part of a joint venture with several nearby public and private schools, the Recreation Department wanted expanded facilities that would include a 10,000-seat stadium, training fields for soccer, lacrosse and football, and a track and field venue.
