The project included a complete interior and exterior renovation with an addition on the south of the gym. A second floor was inserted at the north end, creating space for the new entrance, offices, a public meeting room, exercise room and teen room. The gymnasium was reconstructed with protective wood column covers, windows to the outside, a new resilient floor and glass back-boards. The Poll enclosure has a new Entrance Pavilion as well as a shady canopy and dedicated pool lobby with unisex changing/rest rooms and controlled access.
