MSA is the architect of the new McCartney Stadium on the campus of Western Hills High School, the large west-side city High School with a long tradition of success in its sports programs. The existing stadium has been the site of many memorable games and has seen many players from West High advance to the professional level, including Pete Rose. MSA is working closely with the District and School Administration to design a unique multi-sport facility which will reflect the unique traditions of Mustang Athletics, and also serve as a “Center of Excellence” for the District’s High School Baseball teams. The new facility includes a 1000-seat baseball stadium, a 2000-seat synthetic turf football stadium, new concession and ticket building, new entry plaza, new multi-sport athletic training area, and team room renovations.
