MSA assisted Xavier University in determining the feasibility of developing their existing soccer field into a first-class stadium style facility. At the time, Xavier was investigating an arrangement with a professional soccer team for shared use of the facility. MSA provided a site and facility analysis and generated schematic documents for overall facility improvements including grandstands, press boxes, concessions, restrooms, ticket offices and team locker rooms. Overall circulation, sight lines and field design were considered.
