The Clermont Transportation Connection received an FTA grant to expand their full-size bus fleet and facilities. In preparation for the work, the CTC engaged MSA to develop a master plan for development of the site and provide recommendations for upgrades to the maintenance and administration buildings. The master plan was developed to accommodate 75 total fleet vehicles with a new fueling station and maintenance facility. The master plan was completed in conjunction with planning for the county engineer’s campus, which shares the site with the CTC.
Subsequently. MSA executed an initial expansion of the facility to accommodate new and existing vehicles and renovate CTC’s aging administrative offices. The entire CTC site and its facilities were upgraded to full comply with FTA standards for security and operations.
