As architects, we believe in solid foundations. Ours consists of the people we work with every day. They’re talented, creative, intense, funny and interesting — the kind of people that inspire others to think bigger and do more. We believe that putting a pencil to paper is as important as computer skills. And that an architect’s job is as much about building relationships as it is about buildings.

We create environments that work. It’s easy to find architects with great vision. But how many have great ears? Throughout MSA’s history, listening to our clients’ needs has enabled us to design tangible environments that reflect their unique personality and objectives.
Making the world a more beautiful place is sometimes about compassion rather than design. MSA gives weekly tutoring sessions through Adopt-A-Class. And staff members are paired up with kids as biweekly pen pals, building bonds between mentor and student.
Call it civic pride, hometown love, or maybe even an obsession. We love Cincinnati. Whether it’s as the official architect of the Cincinnati Reds or the go-to team for building a better city, MSA can always be counted on to get involved.
