Since founding MSA in 1985, Mike has grown the firm from a one-person practice into a regional design firm of more than 70 employees with offices in Cincinnati and Columbus. His leadership has helped shape award-winning work across architecture, interiors, graphics, education, civic design, and sports facilities.

Mike’s influence extends beyond the projects he leads. Through teaching, mentorship, professional leadership, community service, and his commitment to meaningful design, he continues to enrich the lives of those around him and strengthen the communities we serve.
